It will take place over the weekend of 28–31 March 1996 at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool, U.K. <P> We intend to use our main theme of Communication to fascinate, educate, amuse and engage the imagination with subjects such as 'Talking to the Stars', 'Mass Communications', 'Language, Truth and Logic' and 'Speaking in Tongues'.
